At the 2004 National Quartet Convention in
Louisville, KY, Paul had the privilege of being the keynote speaker for the
annual meeting of the Southern Gospel Promoters Association. Paul based his
presentation around scriptural advice given in Romans 12 that can help these
concert promoters in their dealings with concert-goers, other promoters,
etc. Paul appreciated the group's warm response to his message.

WIOV, which airs The Gospel Greats program Sunday mornings, 7-9 a.m.,
generated more entries during our March, 2004, "Great Annual Giveaway" than
did any other affiliate. "It's a great honor to have folks listening to
your hometown station be so enthusiastic about what we do on The Gospel Greats
program. Thanks to all who entered and to Dick and the other fine folks at
WIOV for doing a great job in bringing the program to our regional listeners
each week," Heil said.

I was very surprised —
and that's an understatement — when the Pennsylvania Southern
Gospel Music Hall of Fame inducted me this year as one of its three new
members for 2003. This is a great honor. Given the list of other nominees,
I fully expected to hear another name in my place. Thank you, again, PSGMA!
The other two inductees this year were long-time Central Pennsylvania
DJ (and long-time friend) Bob Mundis as well as the late Lloyd
Sheffler, who sang and played with various groups in Western Pennsylvania
for 33 years. Info about the PSGMA is available at
