Our Featured Artist on this program was singer/songwriter Joseph Habedank with songs from his current CD entitled "Resurrection." Joseph is, as you heard, enjoying his two Dove award nominations announced this month — one for his CD, "Resurrection," and one for his current hit song, "Here He Comes." That song really is unusual because it tells the entire story of Christ from birth through the Cross and His resurrection and then on to His promised triumphal future return. And all of that in three minutes! No wonder it's been getting so much attention. Joseph had a hand in writing every song on his CD, so, obviously, what he's saying in those songs is from his heart. Thanks, Joseph (and Lindsay) for dropping by to talk! You'll be hearing more from Joe on future programs.
Joseph Habedank's CD featured on this program, "Resurrection," is available from our mailorder service, Springside. Just call 1-800-38-MUSIC to order. You can order easily from our webstore by using this link to go directly to this item.
More info about the "Resurrection of Faith" tour with the Erwins that Joe mentioned on the program can be found online at erwinministries.com and at josephhabedank.com. The next booking listed, by the way, is October 6th in Port Crane, NY, at the First Baptist Church.

On the Headline Update, you heard about Legacy Five's new pianist, Josh Townsend. Josh, who's only 19, has an amazing story to tell about serious health issues he's faced — and how doctors once said he'd never be able to do what he's doing now. Legacy Five has produced a short, fascinating video about this that you can view online at this address.
Since this broadcast was prepared, on which I mentioned that Dean Hopper of the Hoppers had suffered several strokes recently, he has undergone successful surgery to mitigate the underlying problem. Please continue to pray for a complete recovery.
