the weekend of Feb. 27th & 28th, 2010: |
 This program was Week #1 of our 2010 Great Annual
Giveaway with "tons" of great prizes. Complete information about this

be sure you enter all of the required information. (And you don't have to
come up with a postcard and postage stamp, either.) The most important thing
to remember is that you must have the "key word" each week —
as announced on the program — to validate your entry. This year's entry
form also has an optional checkoff near the bottom to subscribe to either
or both of our weekly e-mail newsletters: The Gospel Greats Weekly
Newsletter (which is published each Tuesday morning) and the
Springside Music Update (which is published Monday mornings).
They're free. And, of course, you don't have to sign up for them to enter
(just skip that part if you already get the newsletters). By the way, the
giveaway runs for four weeks, and some future weeks will have special prizes
just for people who entered that particular week. So be sure to tune
in each week for details.
 Our Featured Artists
on this broadcast were the Crist Family. Unusual among Southern Gospel
groups in that they have seven vocalists, members include Rich and
Lisa Crist, their daughters Breana and Jackie,
John and Tami Starkel (Tami is Rich's sister) and Tom
Joyce. Songs on this program were from their new CD entitled
"Declaration." Of the songs featured on the program, "Nothin' But
Good" was a popular radio single, "My Heart Knows" is a popular
radio song currently, and "The Rock" (an excellent song around Easter
time, especially) is likely to be the next radio single. The other song I
featured, "I'll Sing A New Song," is tremendously "radio-friendly"
as well. Rich said on the program that they are feeling richly blessed, and
rightly so. I'm sure we'll hear much more from the Crist Family in the
years to come.
